I work from home and every day at 3pm I got a bad headache. I thought it was screen time. I took breaks, got blue light glasses, nothing worked. My neighbor said to clean my ducts. The crew found heavy dust and debris in the return right by my office. After they cleaned it, my 3pm headaches stopped the next day. It has been 4 months and they have not come back. The tech said dirty air can do that. I had no clue. My work day is so much better now.
