All I get is excuses. Waited over a month after numerous calls and photos to ask a simple question and solution to my problem. Apparently I'M THE PROBLEM!

I am not pleased with the work done by Rose Concrete. I had my pool deck resealed and initially it looked wonderful! However, within only 30 days the shine was starting to fade and I had problems with water stains. It took several calls and weeks to finally get Sam to come see for himself. I showed him under a rug how it looked at first so he could see how much it had deteriorated. At first his solution was "well hard water will do that. Use muratic acid". I love my coated garage. They were helpful and knowledgeable to work with. Highly recommend. My upper back deck was done as well. We had a leak in our older coating and they put a very flexible coating over the top and fixed our problem.

The work was not done right and Rose concrete would not come back to make it right. We called Rose concrete many, many times.

Love our garage floor. We have lived in our home for 15 years and all we do to clean the floor is mop and squeegee it. No tire marks, no pealing, amazing floor should last many more years. Still looks like a new floor.
