I caught the owner taking pictures of my house before cleaning and, after investigating a little, her purpose had nothing to do with something innocent (e.g., show before and after pictures). If you do want to go ahead and still hire her team for your cleaning needs, make sure she writes down what she quoted you. From my experience, her prices change and you might end up paying more money for fewer cleaning ladies spending less time at your place.

The workers are very unprofessional, and forget it if you have dogs. One bark and they yell that they were bit. They startled a dog in our apartment hallway and are now trying to get the tenant evicted.

I contacted the company and the owner came Buy an explain the type of cleaning that was gonna be done and gave me a price. She said that they do a deep cleaning the first time which is cleaning from top to bottom cobwebs baseboards etc. the ladies were doing good at first but then another member of the team showed up to check on them and then she left it showed back up a bit later but was rushing the ladies that were cleaning.
