I have had dogs for over 30 years and have never had such a terrible experience with a veterinarian. I drove 4 hours round trip to have Dr. Bleifer do a lap spay and gastropexy on my Malinois only to have my poor dog's belly burned. I never got to meet the Dr. Bleifer as they are still doing a COVID type protocol, which is ridiculous at this point, and after a phone call that surgery went well, I picked up Artemis and drove home. I had been taking my dogs here for years, but over the past 12 months lots of staffing changes, lost front desk and vet staff, service has declined enormously. Front desk is often rude, especially Kimberly, mixed up appointments, long, long (over 2 hours at times) wait, prices have gone way up and they charge for EVERYTHING. Went to pick up my dog from hygiene appointment and staff member yelled and slammed a door on me. I finally got my dog and left shaking and crying.
