Welcome to Rose City Vapors ! My main goal is to help you quit smoking as well as inform and educate you about the world of Vaping ! I have a wide selection of eLiquid - from house mixed to big brands and a variety of nicotine strengths. If you’re new to vaping and have questions please feel free to come by and ask. Super friendly place and staff, my go-to shop now. Marcus at the front is great too, super friendly and made sure my stuff was working before I left. When shops do that I always take it as a good sign. 👌

The owner is super friendly and easy to talk to. The shop has great prices and good quality products. Plus it's super convenient. 11/10 would recommend.
I used to go here only for my juice, and then I recently went on the website and it says buy 3, get 1 free. I have never gotten anything free after purchasing so many, I received like 50 percent off after purchasing 9 bottles or something, great juice just weird reward program, and a tad highly priced but that’s understandable with Multnomah county tax.
This little shop has become a favorite of mine. I was a little hesitant at first about house-mixed juices (wasn't sure what to expect I guess?) but they are now some of my absolute favorites. Just picked up a blackberry banana with a touch of sweet cream, and it is literally the best juice I've ever tasted. Being able to specify nicotine content, VG/PG ratio, and throw in a little of this or that flavor on the fly.. really really cool. Always have great conversations and a good experience here.
