Rose City Transportation has an accountability issue coming down from leadership. Here is an exchange from Alex York who is a broker with their company. He did not have the weight correct on his rate confirmation and it left our driver waiting for almost 24 hours to get reworked. When he would not provide resolution, Greg Hamlin who is the president of the company got involved. Clearly he does not hit his team accountable for their actions as well which explains the response from Alex.

Another day and another broker that never keeps their promises when i booked a load came to pick found out that no one will cover sides of wall i talk to broker he said he'll talk to customer to wash out at the delivery no one knew about and no one said anything and now ignoring us stay away from this company ..

Ack if thay give fuel advance thay yes 0n load 8 day 10 drops thay charged $450.00 fees for advance did not tell me up front thay where going to charge that .farst and last load I well do. Thay are crooks ps Alex is a rude man
