VERY COOL STAFF!!! – Whenever I buy liquor, I go to Rosecity Liquor. I go to this store not only because it's in my neighborhood, I like the customer service. Before I deal with poor customer service, I would drive to the other side of town but thankfully I can shop in my neighborhood and receive EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and that's very cool!
NICEST OWNER, CARING ABOUT CUSTOMERS, HARD WORKER A MARRIED COUPLE OWN THIS STORE AND THEY BOTH REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. WHEN THEY BOUGHT THIS STORE IT WAS SO SMALL & YOU HAD TO ORDER YOUR LIQOUR BY STANDING IN FRONT OF A COUNTER & TRYING TO SEE EVERYTHING. PLUS THE OWNER AT THAT TIME WAS JUST MEAN!! BUT SINCE THE NEW OWNERS ( IT;S BEEN ABOUT 5 YEARS NOW) THE STORE HAS DONE A 100% TURN AROUND FOR THE BEST. HE OPENED UP THE ENTIRE STORE, MADE IT LARGER, PUT IN SHELVING AND NOW THE CUSTOMERS CAN WALK THROUGH THE STOR... read more
