Rose City Lending Group by CMG Mortgage is our mortgage lender for life. We have run into some challenging financial issues related to job loss/layoffs in the last year, and CMG was extremely patient and kind as we worked toward a loan modification solution. We are now back on track (thank God), and we wouldn't have been able to keep our house if it were not for their wonderful people and flexible programs.

I worked with Tori Modisette on purchasing my first home with my fiance, and it has been the BEST experience. Being a first time home buyer, I was really nervous, and by the recommendation of my realtor, I was introduced to these lovely ladies, Jordan held my hand the whole way.
