I've worked for Ford for 32 years bought my first truck at rose city, I made an appointment for a wiper recall on my 2019 f150 for Thursday but on family day Monday my wipers seized up completely on the way to work in bad weather Just made it in to the parking lot at work. So Monday night I dropped off my truck and keys along with a note explaining my situation and asking if they could bump me up as I was stuck without a vehicle and put it into the key drop-off box as they were closed for the Monday holiday.
