I was in a panic looking for two back tires for my Dodge Journey. Everywhere I called was super expensive or didn’t have the tires that I needed but when I called Rose city tire and auto they immediately had me come in and changed both of my tires within 10 minutes. Very reasonable prices too I was actually shocked. The two mechanics also gave me some advice on how to prevent my tires from wearing too quickly. very much appreciated and will be back in the future.
Lazy cannot complete task 100 percent for a simple fix that they blame as a previous issue they took money from my insurance and did not finish task . Went to get 2nd opinion from a reputable collision place and a Chrysler dealership who both disagree with Rose City. My front fascia is now misaligned. I also use to put the front fascias on in Final car at Chrysler minivan plant. If your insurance recommends you this place, dont go. Take it to your mechanic, somebody who really pays attention, took a month for a bumper and tail lights, they just screw them in. No alignment, and when you try to tell them to fix it they leave you to deal with your insurance and now you will have to hire an appraiser on your expenses because they say everything is fine. Two stars only because they cleaned the car inside and out
