I can’t say enough about this dealership and the staff there. No one enjoys having to bring their vehicle in for service, but as inconvenient as it is, they always make it feel less daunting. Sales department staff are incredable to work with. They have made numerous vehicle purchases easy. Parts department are okay. Although you are waiting a long time for parts to arrive, even if there are safety recalls... Service department is horrible. I have had numerous issues on seperate occasions and even though they have lost staff in the past due to how the department operates, it has not changed. Bill Metz is the best dealer customer service representative I have dealt with in my 40 year of owning various vehicles. We bought a SRT Dodge Durango in 2022 and have never even considered taking it for service anywhere else (and won't).
