I bought a 2022 Grand Wagoneer from here that supposedly passed a 150-point inspection. At 71,000km, the engine completely seized while my wife and two infants were in the vehicle. This is a massive safety failure. Despite having a Gold Standard Warranty and servicing it here twice, the dealership is now trying to do a budget repair instead of a proper engine replacement. Bought a truck brand new license plate light not plugged in rushed into a truck rushed out of the dealer and never hear from them again try to book a oil change can’t even get through to them pay for a commercial sticker never even installed on the truck call to ask them where it is they say they will call me back had the truck for 3 months called multiple times still no response the truck is a pos nothing but problems they seen me coming and took full advantage of me
