I had a bad experience on 9th August, Saturday, at the Rose City Dodge Chrysler, Welland, service department. Someone asked me to go to the dealership at least once. First of all, Receptionist, A gentleman was not agreed which was included in oil change price, I showed him through online (see attachment), was asking me for extra charges, and I am still waiting for the video which he supposed to send me, and I am calling every day but no answer. I have tore rotations and oil changes included in my jeep wave program this place lied about doing the tire rotation as I took it to another mechanic and he said they absolutely 200 percent didn’t do it. We went into Rose City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Limited just to browse when we were approached by Roland. What an amazing experience he provided! He's personable, fair, understanding, and all around amazing. He looked into every possible option of what we were asking for budget wise, and he really did what he could to make it work for us.
