Recently got a quote on some bolts for a rear diff in a ram 3500. The parts department informed me that the bolts were only available in packs of 12 and would cost over $420 which they didn’t even have in stock. I then found the EXACT same bolts at a hardware store for $29 for all 12 of them. By far the worst price gouging I have ever seen. I understand needing to make a profit. Whenever I take my Jeep 4xe in for service, Bill always makes sure we get in quickly. I enjoy dealing with Bill and always request to speak to him directly.
I can’t say enough about this dealership and the staff there. No one enjoys having to bring their vehicle in for service, but as inconvenient as it is, they always make it feel less daunting.
