Staff was great.
I just got my Jeep Wrangler back from Rose City Chrysler and I can’t say enough good things about the team there. They truly went above and beyond to figure out what was going on with my vehicle. What stood out most to me was that they didn’t give up. They kept digging, troubleshooting, and working together until they found the problem. Terrible customer service in the service department. We have been told repeatedly that there would be follow up on a concern with absolutely nothing being done. Months and months waiting for resolution, finally to be told by the apparent manager that he would personally take care of our issue when he returned from his one week vacation, 3 weeks ago. No regard for their customers whatsoever.
