I have had to bring my jeep here a few times to be fixed or looked at. Even though I bought it used from another source, the staff is amazing in the service department. I was dealing with Jennifer a few times prior and she was wonderful to work with each time. I should have wrote reviews for those times as well on the excellent service she provided. The crew at rose city went above and beyond for me. I was 6 hours from home when my truck wouldn’t start. The only dealer in the area that would see me. They got my truck in, diagnosed the issue and fixed it all within 24 hours so I could get back home before new years. Nothing but good things to say about them. Thanks again for everything you did!
Despite everything you hear about Dealerships being a rip off, I love my car and had it taken care here after its started over heating and seeing a mix of oil into my coolant reservoir. Already going with a heavy heart (thinking head gasket issue). The service team here especially, Jennifer and manager Mike, were so polite, friendly, professional, I was astonished and my fear subsided and hope took over.
