Don’t go there. I was there yesterday for just oil change of my jeep 2023. And the middle aged guy who is cashier he tried to scam me many times. I gave them my car Thursday morning just for oil change and they call me at closing time at 4:45 your car is done you can take it now i told them i can’t come in 10 minutes i ll pick it tommorow. Just bought a new suv from Jason at rose city He made the entire process very easy for us. He was great to deal with. I will be reaching out to him for my next vehicle.
We dropped off our car sunday for service. It needed a starter. Way over priced starter and install over 1k. Service dept was less than helpful. Were told we could pick the car up after 5pm tuesday in which case when we arrived no one knew about it. Couldnt find the paperwork for us to pay. No work order. After some time someone found it on the computer. We paid the $1050.00 recieved zero info on warranty or anything. We went to start the car and the starter spealed very loudly. Went in to get my camera fixed and it works fine, but 3 days later my dash lit up like a Christmas tree... Called them went back just to leave with the same issues and barly make it home for the low charge of $415 dollars and told the 2 hours I was there was not enough time too do a full scan of my truck!!! Hmmm.. But hey got any oil change and air filter change i probly didnt need as I did my own oil change 3 months pryor! Soo long story short.. All never got back there again.
