I have used Rose City Animal Hospital for roughly nineteen years. Started with the fabulous Dr. Campbell who took great care of my cat and my dog until she deservingly retired. Then her daughter Dr. Caron took over the practice and has been equally just as phenomenal as her mom. We have never had a single issue with Rose City Animal Hospital nor have we ever felt like we were just an income. I took my dog here when he was a puppy. Never had any issues trimming his nails before his appointment, nor was there any need to trim his nails at the time. Unfortunately, I was young and shy and let the woman do as she pleased. She cut a couple nails and then clearly hit his quick because he was bleeding and screamed. To this day, my beautiful, smart, well trained dog is absolutely terrified of getting his nails trimmed and it gives me immense anxiety if they start to get too long. This is the only Animal Care Facility I would recommend to Niagara residents. Fantastic atmosphere and always helpful.
