They are great.
I booked an appointment and spoke with someone personally. I remember because she said she wasn't sure if they took my insurance and I told her it was okay and I wanted the appt anyway. Fast forward the TWO weeks it took me to get in and I get myself to my car and drive to their location (driving is very painful). When I arrive, they do not have my appt.
