I spoke with Stephen Rose, he told me he would show up at 11am and install a garage door for me. He gave me a confirmation number as well. I thanked him and told him I would see him soon. He then told me it would be great to work with such a beautiful face which made me feel uncomfortable. My husband called him soon after 11am and Stephen told him he was on his way and sounded annoyed he called to check on status of arrival.
