My daughter and I had bought some jewelry and a tiara here for junior prom, we loved the dresses but she had already purchased one. This past prom season my daughter went back to purchase a dress. I regretted buying my dress from here. While my dress is very pretty I realized that $325 (price of the dress while on sale) was way too much much money to spend on a prom dress i’ll wear once. I called about their return policy and it turns out all dresses are final sale! If you going to buy you better be sure because you won’t get your money back Update: Can’t even get it alerted without paying practically the price of another dress. She has horrible customer service even went to the extreme of calling my my dearest friend fat. Which may I add she is far from fat so for anyone looking to enjoying the process of purchasing a wedding dress avoid this store at all cost
