Ordered $350 flowers for Mother’s Day and they were not delivered. No communication at all. I called and sent emails everyday and was met with terrible customer service and “I don’t know” answers. Came 3 days later after about 10 phone calls. On top of that, the rose’s felt like paper.

I thought long and hard about whether I should write this review. Ultimately, this needs to be said. I have bought 7 roseboxes in the past. I bought some as gifts and others to decorate my home with. The last rose box I received had smushed roses and were not level. In addition, the custom lettering was sloppy. There were glue in strands all over. It looked like a rushed job.
