The order was shipped late, but the customer service representative Sam made things right, got the rose box delivered and helped me with the order. It was a frustrating experience and Sam and RoseBox NYC made it right in the end!
I purchased the acrylic jewelry box with a drawer and 25 pure white roses from Rose Box NYC in Soho about 8 months ago. I ordered couple bouquets from the Rose Box as gifts and I can’t describe how impressed and amazed my friends were!!! It’s now my go to for any special occasion or gift to a good friend or work need. It came on time and always looked perfect! Warm recommendation!
Horrible - DO NOT BUY HERE My son bought me a MD present this year 2025 and picked it up right before our brunch and the minute I saw it I knew I wanted to change it. The flowers looked dull and old and I called Sam at the store within an hour of when he picked the flowers up He was rude and wouldn't let me exchange them - it ruined my MD
Horrible!! We bought roses for my mom for Mother’s Day. Picked them up and they looked so wilted and old. Tried to exchange them and the customer service was so rude. Would go somewhere else
