Excellent, friendly service and product knowledge imparted to customers no matter the level of experience or type (recreational vs. competitive or professional) of biker. Great selection of bikes and gear at a decent value, so often you are out the door and comfortably pedaling your favorite pavement and single tracks, almost immediately after walking into the shop.
