DONT shop here and subject yourself to being accused of stealing! as we approached the counter to pay for braiders gel an older lady accused my 13 year old son of putting gloves in his pocket ( he did not), and stated I didn’t see you put them back. We decided not to purchase anything. Wonder why the store was empty when i came in now I know why.
Went in and bought 8 wig caps and other merchandise. No wig caps in the bag when I got home. Nothing from seller about resolution.
They have a house Ninja working to follow you around and make sure you don’t steal. She is annoying and irritating. I don’t know how they lasted here this long with this type of customer service.
