Excellent brow! First time going there and was very happy with the results. They fit me right before closing and were super accommodating. Asked me a lot of questions and were super attentive, made sure the brows were exactly what I wanted. Will be my new go to
I went today to get a thread and tint. Everyone was very friendly and warm! They shaped my eyebrows really well, natural curve but still kept fullness. However, the tint was extremely dark even though I requested a light brown (my hair is auburn) they gave me medium which is way too dark for my complexion. They did what they could to help lighten it but then I was told that I could go home and wash my brows with face wash to get it off which is not true. The brows are okk I’m not really a fan of this style because she left my brows and little long and only really shaped the top. I’ll go back to getting mine done near 14th street where they do it to the fullest
