I could never recommend this vet. it seems they only cater service to older clientel that have money. The service I received was bad communication- I would often have to repeat things excessively and one of their nurses felt she could overstep and told me in a very rude and condescending way that I shouldnt visit my cat because it confuses him when they were told this would be happening prior to booking. From making the appointment to the consultation the service is great. Always warm, kind, knowledgeable and caring. I saw the Vet named Anne - definitely recommend this Veterinary clinic.
