Very good experience from start to finish . Warm family friendly vibe but extremely professional . Very lovely Drs and staff …. I Wiil definitely go back it’s nice to feel like a Drs practice actually cares . 5 stars !!!
Terribly rude reception staff. I called to make an appointment for my 6 month old to receive his vaccinations and it was clearly put in the “too hard basket” with the receptionist repeatedly asking why I can’t go to my regular gp as though it’s a crime for someone to be looking for a new gp. She kept putting me on hold without any warning and in the end she just said “I don’t see why you can’t just go to your regular gp”. I’m sure there’ll be some excuse in the reply to this review but it’s such a shame when reception staff ... read more
So easy and brilliant to deal with. Warm friendly caring reception team. Great team of medical practitioners. I have been seeing Dr Stan Jacobson for over 20 years and can only highly recommend either Dr Jacobson or his fellow practitioners. This goes for my family as well. Thank you so much for all your care and always being there.
