I cannot recommend this medical clinic highly enough. Exceptional customer service and outstanding doctors, who treat you with genuine care and respect. Terrible customer support! Due to train strikes, my pregnant wife couldn't make it to her appointment. They demanded a $50 compensation, and when I offered to pay it during my next visit, they refused to schedule me for another appointment. To make matters worse, the doctor even called me to ask for the $50. Very disappointing experience.
I have been going to Rose Bay Medical Clinic for years despite no longer living anywhere near the area. The doctors there think outside of the box to understand and find solutions to issues.
I Have been a patient at this practice for about six years. The treatment, advice and attention I have experienced is by far the best I have ever had. I see Dr Bruce Solomon regularly and have seen others in this practice. They are all terrific. Mike Lyons
Exceptional care. Lovely doctors and staff. So lucky to have these doctors. Also nurse who gives kids vaccines is lovely and kind.
