First time ordering online and using this bakery. Immediately after I ordered, I received a message one of the desserts I ordered was out and I selected another dessert. The manager even called and left a message to make sure I had a complete order. Talk about customer service. The store is gorgeous and calming. The desserts all looked incredible. I ordered a Shawarma sandwich, tiramisu and Key lime pie. INCREDIBLE all of it. Will be a regular customer.
The best bakery in Louisville. I called around to multiple bakeries looking for a chef to make a passion fruit cake. Finally, I found a passionate baker who was excited to do something different. The final product was delicious. If you're looking to do something different and creative, this is the bakery to go to. New update. Wish I could give them another 5 stars. The only reason I am giving Rose Bakery a 3 star rating is for the customer service. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and helpful. However, I was really disappointed by the croissants. I understand this is “Prospect, KY prices” but paying $12.50 for a Dubai pistachio croissant and $6.90 for an almond croissant that were hard and stale is outrageous! Such a lovely place! Gentlemen was so kind! Tiramisu Cheesecake is was my favvv! They made fresh Dubai Strawberry Chocolate! Seasonal drinks were yummy.
