This place is a joke, I walked in with my husbands vehicle to get some work done to it, I think his name was Dallas was talking on the phone to some female and wouldn’t get off to help me as he stated 15 minutes later I’ll be home for lunch. Omg where do I start?? They are ridiculously fast, very friendly and beyond fair! I used to only take my Mustang to a place on rt. 17 then my dad recommended I try Roses. Not only do they always beat everyone's prices (saved me over $1k between a few visits) but they are also HONEST! Just ran to roses to get a new inspection for my vehicle. I was all prepared to wait all day if necessary, my old inspection was expired and of course my car is the only one equipped to carry all the kids! Not only were the guys super nice, but they promised they would squeeze me in. Then, not only did they squeeze me in, but they got me in right away! Very disappointed with my experience yesterday. I spent over a $1000 to have my car fixed and I know the staff put a lot of work into the car but it was returned to me with the service engine light on. They run the test and it's the rear O2 sensor. The guy looks at me and says something like that's not the important one. Really? Your guys worked on my exhaust and that may have caused an issue. The gentleman down at Rose Auto Clinic were great. They went above and beyond what they were asked to accomplish and I was very lucky for it. They look out for their customers and I recommend them to anyone who needs any auto repairs.
