Fell on their concrete pavement stepping inside to get an estimate, shop owner showed no interest in helping me, no concern for my welfare, only one man helped me get up as I fell face first and that was after some minutes passed; door is dangerously lifted above street level, big car was blocking customer driveway impeding my full view of entrance; i suffered cuts and bruises, the owner should be fired for his indifference towards a potential customer, Big Fail. I'll be contacting a lawyer.

Dont ask me why i know so many body shops, but this is the place i go to now. Better work and better prices
