Had a driver stranded and Uber canceled three rides. Michael with Rose and Cole's was extremely kind and helpful. He offered suggestions for alternatives in case his price was too high, and helped my driver out of a rough situation.

They offer great service. I had to book a ride in advance and the company had good communication. They confirmed with me a day before and told me when they were on the way to pick me up from my location. The vehicle I was in was clean. My driver Michael was courteous and friendly. He was also familiar with the area. I suggest you book at least a day in advance. This way, the drivers can plan accordingly and get you to your destination on time.
