My last and final time going. I scheduled an appointment for 7am for the third time and every time I notice they don’t honor clients with appointments so booking isn’t necessary they treat everyone like a walk in despite having an appointment. Braiders are always late, never on time, my appointment was at 7 I didn’t have someone doing my hair until 9:38am. Another client walked out with her child because of the extensive wait time. Too expensive for nothing .The crochet was not well done.My head is too painful.About to take off my hair it’s been one day.
I went to this location for many years but haven't been for a while. I wanted traditional box braids and got them done by Rose. I loved the braids when I looked in the mirror. A couple days later I went to put the braids in a bun when I noticed my hair was braided down to my scalp at the root. I have never experienced this with traditional box braids.
