So I have been taking my daughter here for about a year and Joseline does her hair. I would prefer her just because I’m familiar with her. My last and final time going. I scheduled an appointment for 7am for the third time and every time I notice they don’t honor clients with appointments so booking isn’t necessary they treat everyone like a walk in despite having an appointment. Braiders are always late, never on time, my appointment was at 7 I didn’t have someone doing my hair until 9:38am. Another client walked out with her child because of the extensive wait time.
