Absolutely pathetic this women, is not even licensed. I got a gift certificate from this place and she shut her doors 2 months later. I ASKED FOR A REFUND, SHE LITERALLY ASK WHY? I will be calling BBB tomorrow. And also I will going to small claims court. Beware of Gracy R Shank. She runs a scam. Terrible service
