Worst customer service I have ever witnessed or heard of, and I've worked in several restaurants and my dad has owned some - so that's saying something. We beat the dinner rush, but still waited an hour and half for our food, though people who ordered after us got their food before us. We ordered jalepeno poppers as an appetizer and got them 10 minutes before our food. When we got our food (all burgers), it was all cold. Great hospitality and the food was delicious (i had the chicken sandwich). I found it heart warming that they recognized the Toys for Tots campaign and took care of the Marines who were visiting. It was awesome to see such a warm reception with friendly people.
