Mick and Chris did a great job installing my pool heater. Mick was great and got everything organised quickly and efficiently (before I could change my mind ha ha). It's up and running, can't wait to dive in the pool.
Was great until it wasn't. Had a pool pump picked up in May had to chase them up 5 months later and still couldn't get the truth or an appointment. I was fobbed off and gaslit. Eventually asked for my pump back and got something entirely different. A "sorry we messed up" would have been nice. But no apology, we weren't as important as new pool builds.
Great advice, very knowledgeable and great customer service. Highly recommend using their services.
