Great blokes , super helpful and very reasonably priced, highly recommended.
Our pool solar roof top panels didn't survive the storms of May, and our 15 year old filtration system was getting close to the end of its life so we contacted the guys at Roscoes to discuss our options. We now have a modern system, sand filter and a pool inverter heater. It has been extremely professionally installed and our pool has never looked better, all ready for the grandkids this Christmas. Many thanks to Mick and the crew at Roscoes.
Was great until it wasn't. Had a pool pump picked up in May had to chase them up 5 months later and still couldn't get the truth or an appointment. I was fobbed off and gaslit. Eventually asked for my pump back and got something entirely different that was also broken. A "sorry we messed up" would have been nice. But no apology or resolution offered, we weren't as important as new pool builds. EDIT..I have it on good authority the staff member in question is telling people Im crazy.
Mick and Chris did a great job installing my pool heater. Mick was great and got everything organised quickly and efficiently (before I could change my mind ha ha). It's up and running, can't wait to dive in the pool.
