My experience with Roscoe Pack and Mail is the single worst business experience I've ever had. The owner of the company improperly packed a family heirloom, which was cracked in transit. UPS would have reimbursed us as the shipper, but it is his business policy to put Roscoe Pack and Mail as the shipper, and therefore only the business can received payment from UPS. This is sneaky and unethical. When I went to his store to ask him about this, he lied, saying my mother, who shipped the heirloom, said she didn't care about it.... read more
