Every single one of the four ice packs leaked after moderate use over six months. Even after emailing the company, this issue had not been corrected as of six months ago. And there was no response or acknowledgement.
Have a Tens unit, works great
This company is suspect and fraudulent, to say the least. Beware. The product I purchased with "safety features," was the worst decision of my life. In a heartbeat, I went from a horse trainer teaching therapeutic riding who choose to have elective foot surgery to ensure a short "down time," so I could return to what I and others considered important, even life saving work, to a disabled, changed forever person, all due to a faulty product: the rolling knee walker with brakes and steering.
