It is my personal feeling that Mark captures the "Region" philosophy of Northwest Indiana perfectly. He is a Region Rat through and through. If you want a connected snake who will pad his time sheet and, in the end, just do whatever he thinks is best. Seriously, this guy is the worst lawyer I have ever come across.
Waste of time. We spent nearly 8 hours in his office, mind you in the ballpark of $250/hr, and barely got anywhere. Much of the time was spent arguing over an asset valued at approx. $200, at which I wasn't even in the same room when they were arguing about it. I feel the time wasted was intended to profit, or encouraged to put me into debt.
