I called to be seen by the allergist due to having an allergic reaction. Now, when I say allergic reaction I mean covered head to toe in hives. I’ve been to this place since I was little and never had issue. I told the lady I had to go to the Emergency room and I really need seen. Her response was, “ since you haven’t been seen in a while you’re considered a new patient.” Then she proceeded to tell me I won’t be able to get in until September. Not good. My 26 yr old son almost died cause he butchered his throat during a tonsillectomy and the hospital paged him for three hours to give him emergency surgery and he never came in. They had to call a whole new doctor to fix what he messed up. Thank God for dr rice cause I don’t think my son would be alive if Roscoe would have redone it. He needs to retire. He’s not the only person I know that he did a terrible job on. I just don’t want someone else to go through what my son and his family went through.
