Galena Farms, makers of busy bees, Hoover and nubee beehives, email only customer service incomplete orders not prfectly cut parts but they still work, for being American made you're better off buying Chinese, and if they sent you an incomplete order it will take them for ever to send you the missing items. Not such a pleasant experience.
