Five stars to the employees and special shoutout to Nate! He has the patience of a saint, and super helpful guiding to the facility and helping to back. However the actual location of the facility is the worst by far … I understand it is New York , but with random people coming to yell at you while trying to safely make your way to the facility and amongst many other distractions be extremely careful coming here . I gave up the pickup 07/01 13:30 pm. Shipping directions: Go north on Van Wyck Services road and turn Right onto 91 Ave. Residents vehicles are parked on both sides of 91 Ave becarefull. Good Luck with 53’ Dry van with a Sleepbirth Tractor.
Load was ready and had to be here from 8-12pm Got here 10am and it’s almost 2 pm and still waiting (load not ready) Everyone is getting loaded on the st yet we sit
Waste time for pick up. !! They loaded 2 pallets so you don’t runoff and now wating. Products to be made
Awfully slow loading, pick up was at 1PM, they said load would not be ready until 3PM, its 5PM now and I am still nowhere close to be loaded and have to drive overnight now. Not to mention no parking + super tight street.
