$17 a hour to be over worked, climb on ladders that are broken, or that have been wielded poorly I guess to save money. The bosses love to throw in the air how much money they are loosing in the meetings at 6 IN THE MORNING (which is aggravating & disrespectful knowing we are making $17 a hour in this horrible economy).
