In 2019 we started a complete remodel and rebuild of a commercial building with a different contractor. 6 months later the project came to a halt when the builder could not get subs to complete a portion of the project and honestly it felt like they did not have the capability. For almost 2 months the project went no where and the building sat exposed to the elements with the front facade removed. We had to fire the original contractor and hired Rosco.
