Supervisors guilt trip talk you down and throw fits including throwing materials tools product. The check is nice but the consistency of belittlement retaliation with little to no appreciattion is not worth giving your life away. Worked there for 5 years. If you get hurt over w safety issues that was even addressed and neglected they will still find a way to blame you. Then fix it after you get hurt. Pay check is nice but the management has a lot of work to do with very aggressive supervisors in the glulam plant. They have b... read more

Top notch outfit a real safety oriented will run Mill that specializes in find glue lam beams
So much for their PT gluelam beam. Complete failure 18yrs old. Replaced with traditional PT lumber. I won’t use it again
Not a place I would recommend to work. Management is a joke. Bunch of clowns who don’t care about employees and lie all the time. They will ask you to switch shifts and when you arrange everything they tell you never mind last minute. They lay you off with no warning at all. They never really promote within. And union representatives won’t help at all or can’t I don’t know. If you get hurt while working they do everything they can to blame you even if it means they need to make something up.
