This pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever used. The pharmacists are friendly and helpful, and they always try to help me with any refill issues or unexpected delays. One pharmacist even saw a deal I could get with a special coupon. I don't currently live there, but I'll still keep refilling with them! They look out for you.
Do you enjoy some of the worst customer service you can ask for over the phone? Inconsistent service with refills and lack of communication when issues occur? I left your pharmacy in May due to how difficult they are to work with and now all of a sudden rosauers is automatically filling prescriptions when they have never done that in the past. Absolutely no customer service for PROVIDERS! Called in rx yesterday for pt, left message on "drs line". Called back today to speak to someone in pharmacy, per pt rx wasn't there. Gentleman answers and was RUDE! Get very defensive and states voicemail is checked every 10-15min and tells me I never called otherwise it would have of been filled.
