I love this Rosauers, but their pharmacy is awful. The employees are unhelpful, rude, and incompetent. I’ve only used it 3 times so far but I will be switching.
Other then sav on on 57th, this is one of the worst pharmacies on the south hill. If you go to the drive through, they will ignore you for at least 10 minutes. Either in hopes you will go away, or just pure incompetence because they can't tell you are there. So it's either malice, or the people who are filling people's MEDS are too clueless to look around every once in a while. Either way, I don't know why anybody goes here. You have to be pretty damn bad to get beat by walmart.
Been trying multiple months hoping they were just having a bad day on my visits... but crew at this location unfortunately seems to not have any sympathy nor care when they are unable to get your medication ready when needed. Most the time the issue is due to what seem incompetence from their crew unfortunately. Called 5 days ahead of time to make sure my seizure medication would be ready, well they still were not ready, have only successfully had a single prescription out of 3 filled and recived after trying this pharmacy f... read more
