Really rude staff. They made this woman who was sitting down move and stand in line. She was older and obviously needed to sit for a reason. Also WHY is there a chair there if nobody can sit in it
Super kind and helpful staff. They’re always quick, patient on the phone, and easy to work with even when it’s busy. I’ve never had a bad experience here in three years living in Bozeman and wanted to leave a review before moving!

They always take time with patients, do research if there are questions, and try to bridge gaps to ensure patient safety when needed. As a patient and medical provider, they get a gold star from me.
