My prescription was not filled on time. The pharmacist, Jenner, cited the law as the reason. I have been getting this prescription for years and I know what she said was not true. In a calm tone, I expressed my frustration with the pharmacist. As I was very late for work because of this. However, I calmly agreed to wait in the waiting area until it was complete. Outstanding customer service! They know me by name! Sara, Hailey, Rich - Always friendly and helpful. Never impatient when I ask a question or need clarification. Recently I was prescribed a medication they didn’t have, so Sara called around & located it at a different pharmacy in town. They are the BEST!
