Service was fine I guess. Was sitting there for bout 40 minutes, food was warm at most when I got it, merely a chicken parm. Sauce and pasta was comparable to school lunch. Chicken cutlet was freezerburned, and had raw, grey bits. Of course i had already eaten peices before realizing this. Bread was soaked to the base with oil. Pointed this out(the chicken) when the hostess came over about 30 minutes into having my food. Gave me and my group 50% off, which is fine, but my meal shouldn't have cost period. Amazing pizza that taste just like back home (Chicago)
Use to be my favorite place to go to for Pizza especially since I'm fr Chicago bit obviously they have switched cooks because the crust taste HORRIBLE! I always order thin crust it's nasty. The flavor is so damn nasty. It don't even taste like pizza. The deep dish taste and crust is terrible. They need to hire the original workers or close down this is an embarrassment. Worst experience ever i had the owner especially the man has a lot of attitude. Like this attitude your business won't run.I ordered a pizza from there.Any my order was cancelled saying my subtotal is not too much. The distance is 11 miles they said.If you can't then write on the page
I'm a fan of Rosati's as I grew up in Chicago. This location, once again, has served me a nasty pizza. You should not be a franchise location. Please avoid this location and go to another. Just disappointing!!
