Took almost 2 hours to get cold pizza delivered. Called to check status of order twice and the person didn't even appear to be in the restaurant? Sounded like 3rd party customer service if that's a thing at restaurants now? The man had no idea when the food was cooked, when it left the restaurant or where the driver was. The restaurant blamed the driver. When the food finally arrived, the driver blamed the restaurant. Neither took ownership for anything. We were promised a refund that has yet to arrive a week later.
