Cross-posted: Do Not Recommend — Go to a Different Location I visited Rosati’s in Aurora off Ogden Road and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The only real positive was the front desk employee, Mel, who was very pleasant. We had a great experience dining here with our family! The pizza was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Everyone enjoyed the food, and it was a great place to spend quality time together. We’ll definitely be back!
Review is strictly for the tenders. Chicken tenders aren’t “tenders”, it’s spongy, oddly textured and mushy elongated chicken nuggets. Our Rosati’s in Naperville have tenders that have firm meat with visible muscle structure. Naperville is also ~$8 vs ~$12. Which we realized when we went to replace their tenders with our local ones. They were able to credit us which was appreciated. Naperville said vendors can vary from location, but Aurora said they share the same vendor as Naperville which is puzzling.
Rosati's has typically been hit or miss for me, this was definitely a miss. My first and only time here. From the outside it makes you think it's a good place for a pizza and a beer with their pizza, beer, sports neon lights. Once you get in you immediately realize this is a delivery/carryout location despite having about 20 tables. Lady had Nasty attitude and told me they were out of pizza at 9pm lied and did not want to cook the pizza for me.
