Don't order the deep dish or anything else. The pizza was somehow over and under cooked at the same time. Not buttery crust as described and just a soggy yet crispy crust that tasted like bread you could bake at home. I'll be making the travel to the Crystal lake location from now on. Not worth the money, time or frustration. You're better off off going someplace else. The service was decent but the actual pizza gets a 2 out of 10.
Rosati’s Woodstock is a scam! We had a pizza delivery of a wrong order. As a favor to Rosati’s, we took a $10 credit to save them from fixing the order and driving it out. Sure enough when it came time to collect on a recent order they refused to honor their word and actually hung up the phone to get rid of me. Longstanding and loyal customer gone forever. Bye bye!
