Pizza was soggy and the crust greasy the crust was soft and needs to be in the oven longer to crust up. Won’t order again

By far the worst rosatis in Barrington area. Ordered a promo and they give me the wrong one, then proceed to argue that they read my order back to me - which didn’t happen - and then made the correct order, and actually followed that up by still sending me with the wrong pizza. Whichever girl was working the counter on 8/23 at 6 pm is not representing your business well.
Good pizza. Fair price.
