I have been using the Rosatis location in Des Plaines for around 2 years now. I like the taste of their pizza. However, each time I have ordered they do not follow instructions but barely ever. I know I am in the Chicagoland area but I prefer a Pie Cut pizza and like the cheese more on the well done side. I have put these requests in when ordering online and calling in but they seem to always mess one if not both up.
