Great food!!!! Customer service not so great.
Used to be my favorite place until I waited 2 hours for my order.. in which they dropped but I was never notified that they were making my order again until I called and asked.. and the best of all the general manager is the one I spoke to. Ask for a refund and whike I was still talking she over talked me and hung up.. so I called back. Never did she even try to make it better by offering to still complete my order with a percentages off or offer anything. So I'm guessing from now on I will go to Garcias.... dam shame.
